We are getting very excited for London marathon and of course a shakeout run beforehand!
This year we will be at Charlton Parkrun at 8:30AM on Saturday 22nd April. The Parkrun itself starts at 9:00AM.
Come along and run, walk, chat, spectate, volunteer.. whatever you want to do and we will be staying afterwards for as long as people want to chat.
There is a coffee shop that does amazing hot drinks, sandwiches, cakes etc right by the finish.
The Charlton Parkrun website shows all the information and how to get there. It's probably easiest to catch the train from central London to Charlton and from there it's a short walk. https://www.parkrun.org.uk/charlton/ It's totally free to take part in any Parkrun.
