Welcome to the Level 1 Beginner 10k Plan.

How exciting is this! You're on a journey to smashing your first 10k and I've designed this amazing plan to help you on your way to getting the result you deserve. Running first and foremost has to be fun, have variety, while providing a challenge.. and this plan includes all of those things.
Come race day you'll be in the best shape possible to cross the line with a smile and thrilled at what you achieved!
Ideal for someone looking to achieve a finish time between 60 mins and 1h20.
The first week is 7 miles or 11km.
The biggest week is 14 miles or 23km.
There are three runs each week.
The plan has both miles and kilometres.
It is 10 weeks in length, with structured training, recovery and taper weeks.
There are suggested paces for all the runs. With pace goals for 1h, 1h05, 1h10, 1h15 and 1h20.
