In consultation with Ben, we set the target time between 3h:40-3h:45. The training showed that an average pace of 5:15/km could be realistic. I enjoyed the plan throughout, with all its difficulties and sweat! I felt myself getting stronger week by week, and my performance was stable. This was my most balanced marathon so far. I kept a steady pace throughout, I didn't slow down in the second half either, it was awesome!! I managed to get the average of 5:15/km exactly!
