All orders in the UK and European Union (under €150) will not be subject to any further taxes before delivery.
The price you see on the screen at checkout will be the final price you will pay. In the unlikely event of you being charged, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue with the carrier.
For European Union orders over €150 there will be import taxes to pay to your local carrier. If you have a larger order, please place multiple orders under €150 and you won't have any tax to pay. You'll still get free postage for orders over €90.
For the rest of the world, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order so you are not surprised by any charges you were not expecting.
Currently orders to the USA are tax free up to £560, Australia up to £585, New Zealand up to £505. So any orders under these amounts will not attract any further charges.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

All caps have the same circumference (58cm) and are all adjustable to fit most head sizes.
The depth of the hat varies for each different style so if you feel you have a particularly large head then stick with the Getting It Done, OG, PB or Bucket Hats.

The depth of the hat varies for each different style so if you feel you have a small head, then we'd recommend the Ben Parkes, or legend hat!

You are welcome to send back any item unworn, within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
UK returns and exchanges are free and should be submitted via the returns portal here.
For international returns please contact us via the chat feature and will be send you the return address.

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail to the destination country and then passed onto the national carrier of that country. For example in the USA it will be passed on to USPS, La Poste in France, Deutsche Post in Germany and Australia Post in Australia.
You can select an economy untracked option at checkout or you can choose tracking where you will be able to see where your parcel is.
We also offer Fedex and UPS in some countries for rapid shipping. These offer full end to end tracking.

I love the PB hat! It’s super breathable and looks amazing, plus it is insanely easy to adjust. Every running hat should have this sizing strap, in my opinion. I hope new colors come out so I can stock up on a good rotation.
I've already worn it on two proper long runs. Lightweight and breathable. Fast delivery. In the box was a personal message from Ben's mum. As we Berliners say: Nothing to complain about. Would buy it again.
This new running hat from Ben is great. The laser cut holes allow for great airflow, keeping your head cool, the elastic band closure is a really nice touch, and the brim can flip up for maximum peripheral vision on shady trails when sun protection is not needed. After several orders I am still being pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gear. Fast shipping even to the US. Well done B & S!

Thanks Ben. the running hat I ordered is great, just need some better weather to 'Keep Doing It' whilst running in the sunshine! Love the little personal touches such as the postcard with a message from your mum. Nice touch! Garry

Surprising good quality.
Well packaged and made.
Clearly, a lot of thought and care has gone into producing these technical products. Ben clearly hasn’t gone to the easiest supplier to get these made.

All of the caps I've bought from Ben so far have been exceptional, this one is no different, it has a fantastic fit, it dried off really quick after it got a bit wet today.
Wouldn't recommend and I won't run without one of my 3 now.
