Welcome to the Half Marathon Advanced Plus plan!
I’ve designed this for anyone who has run a half and looking to step up and set a PB.
Designed for people targeting a 1:15 to 1:25 finish time.
The first week is 34 miles or 55k.
The biggest week is 60 miles or 97km
There are five to eight runs each week.
The plan has both miles and kilometres.
It is 12 weeks in length, with structured training, recovery and taper weeks.
There are suggested paces for all the runs.
Glossary page describing each type of run, so you’ll always know what to do.

Brought this plan to help reduce my half marathon PB time and i am a month into the plan. It is simple to follow and allows accountability (it is sat on my fridge! Follows sound training principles of easy running to build up mileage combined with hard interval or threshold sessions which are always varied and interesting.
