Returned to running last year after considerable lay off. Want to improve but now aged 63 struggling to understand where i can get to. Have just completed week one, all has gone well and hoping by week 10 I will be under the 60 min mark. Early days but wanted a plan rather than just trying to get as many miles as I could. I am happy with the plan, time will tell but one week in loving it.

The socks are quite comfy and felt good on both foot..

I’m looking forward to marathon training in them but have worn them at Parkrun and in the Orangetheory gym.

Great sweater, love the material - really enjoy wearing it at home on the couch - and probably after my next race ;) - Compared to the Parkes Running Longsleeve, I would suggest one size down for the Sweater.

A comfortable 2-in-1 running short. I’ve been very satisfied with the regular version, and this 2-in-1 variant is even more practical. The quality appears to be good , so good value for the price.

Have not tried it on a run yet, but have tried it on and it felt wery good.

Honestly this program is absolutely fantastic. Don't be fouled it will take alot of hard work but its absolutely worth it all. I really enjoyed the whole process. I have a Marathon time of 4hrs 20mins (May 2025) before starting Level 4. I have literally just run another Marathon on 13th December 2025 with a time of 3hrs 22mins. I've just bought the level 5 plan to get me sub 3hrs in May 2026. Ben thank you very much for the programs much respect mate.

After reviewing this training plan for my next marathon - looking toward a new PB - I believe this will help me reach my goals. What I like about the plan is how thorough, flexible, and descriptive it is (tempo, interval, etc.) with a range of paces aligned to goal times. Also finding the workouts more realistic compared to my current coach's workouts (less days much harder workouts). This means I will gradually retire my coach and move on to this plan.
