Shirt looks great in person and feels good too. Like the designs far more than the boring running shirts currently in my rotation.

I have used Ben's training plans to post PBs in the HM and marathon (in the US), now I plan on setting a new PB in Asia! A perfect blend of speed and easy-a nice slow crescendo to peak distance and peak workouts. I love the workouts becuase they are both challenging and doable.

I started the plan for 10km after a long term of injuries. Building up in twice the adviced time made me stronger then I was before. Now I've completed the beginner plan for Half Marathon, this one I also completed in double of the adviced time to avoid new injuries. All went well. Now I would like to become a little bit faster, so I bought the Improved plan. I only miss the heartbeat percentages on the pace chart.
That would be a nice and useful addition.
