I absolutely love this hat! It's definitely one of my favorites—super lightweight and the color is fantastic. Overall, it's an excellent running hat. I can't get enough of it! Training for the Royal Parks Half and this is the perfect cap for those hot sunny days we’ve been having! I have a tiny head and managed to adjust the cap to fit.- the smaller peak doesn’t swamp my little head either! Would love it in some other colours. Thanks for all you do Ben 😀

I've just started Ben's plan in preparation for the Hastings Half Marathon in October 2025. It's very straightforward to follow and a great all round workout. I've printed off the plan and stuck on my kitchen door so I am reminded and inspired all the time to keep up the training. Thanks Ben!

Ben/Sarah were really helpful,I was stuck between sizes as the sizing chart was a bit different to the likes of Lululemon (my wife's usual brand)her Lulu size would have been an XS but measurements said an S, the decision was made after Sarah's pic on the site & stated sizing- very similar build. I was assured of returns anyway. My wife is really happy with her shirt.

Ben/Sarah were really helpful with my queries, ordered this in XXL but had concerns that sizing stated 46" & I'm probably somewhere between 47"-48". Really good fit with wiggle room, overall a quality running shirt.

I completely recommend the Tshirt there pretty cool and feel really nice. Also on a side note, there were a few issues with my size and having to return items and it was no issue whatsoever. The customer service was absolutely excellent, I'm even considering a new running hat. So I really recommend the TShirt.

Great service with quick delivery and a lovely personalised note within the parcel. I wore my new cap on a run and it really helped to keep me cool and block out the sun. The material is lightweight and sweat wicking and dried really quickly after a wash.

The trucker hat is the perfect hat for me! I love the slightly larger fit and bill compared to a typical running hat. With the larger profile the trucker is still a cool and comfortable fit during runs! This hat also doubles as a great casual hat and as Ben touts it looks great backwards!

Both my wife and I have used your half marathon plans to get PB’s. The plans were easy to follow and the structure easily slipped into our busy lives. We followed the plans religiously and put complete trust in them. The mileage build up was spot on and so was the pacing, the inclusion of strength training was also very helpful, following these plans did the trick and we could feel it all coming together during the tapering period and we were both ready on the day!! I Recently purchased the Marathon training plan for my wife to use for her first Marathon and again have complete faith that the plan will work.

Plan looks good, well presented. Easy to purchase, download and access. Look forward to starting it.
