  What I Eat in a Day Ingredients and Recipes! With all of my meals, I try and pack in as many fruits and veggies as I can to make them tasty, filling and nutrient dense! Breakfast time! It is a generalisation, however the majority of runners will be running with a cadence around 150-170.  When I started my running journey, this was the first key factor I looked to improve and saw some results pretty quickly.  I always targeted getting my cadence to over the 180 mark and most of the time now it sits between 180 and 190.
