There are five levels of the 10k plan, all with different goals, that vary depending on how many runs you can commit to each week. Check the comparison chart below to help you choose the right one!

This is my 5th Ben Parkes cap and this time, I fancied an elite cap for running, but I still wanted a panel to cover the top of my head rather than the netting. This fits the bill perfectly as it has both.
I’ve been wearing it for both running and whilst relaxing on the sun bed on my holiday in Cyprus.
It washes well, both in the washing machine with my running gear, and by hand on holiday.
Very comfortable and light to wear. Highly recommended!
Having been running 5k distance just outside of 30mins (57yr old beginner) and managing 34:59 at the Blenheim Palace Sprint Tri, not bad after the 2 other disciplines, my aim is to be comfortably running sub 30min 5k distances by September. So apologies it’s not really a review but it’s my inspiration…. Does that count to go in the hat.
I’m really pleased I bought this for my holiday to Cyprus. It’s helped keep the sun off my face/ears when exploring and it was great on my very hot run this morning.
I probably look a bit of a plonker in it, but I don’t care. I am very happy with it and I recommend it. The adjustable fit is good, and it’s easy to wash too.

In March, I bought your Level 3 plan with the goal of running a sub-3:45 marathon. But as the training block progressed, I felt stronger and more confident, so I readjusted my goal to sub-3:15. I followed every session religiously, and I’m elated to share that I just finished my first marathon in 3:14:37!

I have just started to use the plan and I like that I now know in which tempo to run. As an improvement to the plan it could be nice to have the long run in time instead of km
Being fairly new to the running seen, I’ve been searching for a cap that would not only fit the purpose of going out for a run, but also something that’s stylish as well, and this cap fit both, lightweight mesh material, with stylish black on black logo…does the job just amazing well, so a massive Done guys keep up the good work 🏃
Having just run my first half marathon without a proper training plan and not quite hitting the time I wanted I thought that I’d try something more formalised.
This plan is great, giving me the guidance on how to structure my training but also being realistic that we all have lives so not to stress if you miss a session. Really enjoying it so far!
