I rarely buy things promoted by YouTubers or influencers however do not regret this purchase. The top is great quality and definitely up there with items of a similar price. The design is interesting and unique and the long sleeves make it ideal for colder temperatures whilst the material still allows the fabric to be breathable.
I wore this for the Chester 10k and it was a great quality top however being long sleeved and primarily black it did prove to be a bit too warm when the sun came out and when the temperature peaked during the run but this is my mistake. Overall a very good quality bit of kit and I would definitely try other offerings from Ben and the team in the future.
The hand written note was a lovely touch too.
Great plan, massive 7 minute PB! Couldn’t even run one km at target pace to start but stuck with it! was a little worried the most I ran at target pace was 8k but with taper (which landed me in training status of performance) managed to hold it for the HM at Cambridge (despite the heat)
Really great plan! I would like to see a post race week added for recovery etc. before resuming
I am very pleased with the soar singlet as it is very comfortable to wear while on a run or race. The singlet is made of high quality material that will be very durable. I highly recommend this running singlet.🙂
I enjoy the structure Ben has created. I’ve upping my mileage, without adding speed work. I feel that this program will me reach my goal of under 60 minute 10k. Not bad for a 72 year old.
After my marathon I missed the structure of a plan and didn’t want to lose any endurance or fitness. I’ve been on this plan for about two weeks now and I love that it’s helping me stay motivated without pushing me to feel burnt out. I only adjust it so that my long runs fall on Saturday as it works best for my schedule. Also, please enjoy this companion I met on a run 😂

My fastest half marathon time used to be 1:49:12 which happened to be my very first. I was also 7 kg lighter back then. I am very pleased.
Love this cap. It looks mint and feels great. It keeps the sun (or rain) and sweat out of my eyes.
It is worth mentioning that (per the sizing info) this cap does run pretty small and is better for an average/small head. It might not be for you if you've got a big noggin or lots of hair!
