I am so pleased with my purchase. These are quality shorts. I normally go for Saysky 2 in 1 shorts but these from Ben Parkes are equal if not slight better in quality and over £30 less. The material is super light and very comfortable. There is a lovely soft waste band and the draw strings are great, chunky and substantial instead of flimsy ones you normally get in running shorts. Nice side zip pocket for keys to fit horizontal across the back of the short. I was a bit worried that the pouch at the back may not hold items but I was wrong although I think I would have liked a zip at the back pouch. The under shorts have 2 X thigh pockets and they are not too long which makes fitting an iPhone 15 perfect with no bounce. I went for the Large size and they are a perfect fit. In summary these are cracking shorts at an amazing price point and 100% recommend them.

One run and they were superb, very comfortable and looking forward to taking them out for a long and a race!

Yet another fantastic quality item from Ben & Sarah. These shorts feel so lightweight yet have so much storage. Forgot I had keys and phone on me as absolutely no movement, or bouncing. Honestly best shorts I own.

These are thoughtfully designed and well-made shorts, with a broad comfortable waistband, and a high quality liner that is better than some (much) more expensive brands. The fit is very good; be prepared to order/return a couple of sizes if you are in between. I have a 32” waist but biggish thighs, and a L fits me perfectly. Zero chafing!
The leg pockets are generous, and will comfortably swallow a standard iPhone. The phone moves around a bit, but I have never had shorts where that didn’t happen. It never felt like it would bounce out.
Gels & keys are also well catered for, with a key clip in the side zippy pocket, and an easy-access mesh one behind that.

These will be a staple most of the year round for me. They might not be the best for super hot weather due to the thickness of the liner, but this feels like a positive as much as a negative.

Comfortable and easy to run in, with enough pockets for anything you would reasonably need for a run. Would recommend

Used these for the first time tonight and absolutely loved them! I’ve tried loads of running shorts lately and they’re either too short or tight or most importantly don’t have a phone pocket on the inner liner. This one does and it all stays in place not falling down or riding up, I could just get on getting it done! No chafe. No chubb rub 😂. Like all of BP gear it’s been well thought out and well made. These 2 in 1 shorts have every feature I want in running shorts. The mobile phone pocket, which holds a relatively large phone with case very securely. A small zip pocket for keys, and a pocket for a couple of gels. On top of all of the features, as soon as I took these shorts out of the packet I could tell they were a quality product. I ordered my usual medium size and they were true to size.
