Loved the look of this top, so thought I’d give it a go and it does not disappoint! Super nice fit, comfy and just enough warmth for the cold weather, but not too much so you don’t overheat! I’m usually a medium, but got a small as per the guidance.

First marathon at 51. Got a 3:19 following Ben's plan. Had similar success with his half marathon plans. Comes across as a great guy on his YouTube channel too!

Aiming for a sub 2:00 half marathon after previous PB 2:11 as I'm the wrong side of 50 and only started running in my late 40's.

Followed Ben's plan (mostly ! - had to move days around and maybe missed some strength training) which mainly gave the 'run up' to the race a structure missing otherwise, and also acted as a prompt to get out there and put in the miles needed.

Achieved a 1:59 chip time, even including an unscheduled loo stop, and there was probably still a bit more in the tank, plus my shoes had done over 700 Km by that point, so will be using this again for getting the next PB!

I don't typically write reviews but I truly feel I owe it to my fellow runners to write this one. I've used Ben's Half Marathon Plan Improver - L2 to train for a HM race. I've trained for the 12 weeks and I've relied solely on this training plan; I found it easy to understand, challenging and more importantly enough to get me where I wanted to be.
My goal was for anything sub 2 hours on race day and I'm proud to say I did it in 01:47:30
I'm recovering for a couple of days and soon I will start on the maintenance training plan to keepe busy

I wore these for a 20 mile run right out of the box, and they performed amazing on a rather warm and humid day. They kept my feet dry and blister free. I also like the targeted compression. I usually have issues with a lot of socks, but these were amazing! 10/10 would buy again.
