I started the plan for 10km after a long term of injuries. Building up in twice the adviced time made me stronger then I was before. Now I've completed the beginner plan for Half Marathon, this one I also completed in double of the adviced time to avoid new injuries. All went well. Now I would like to become a little bit faster, so I bought the Improved plan. I only miss the heartbeat percentages on the pace chart.
That would be a nice and useful addition.

I brought the getting it done running cap and have done multiple runs in it. It is honestly the best cap I have brought so far lightweight comfortable and it doesn’t move about on your head. I would also like to mention the customer service is a 10 out of 10.

Just getting started with the Intermediate training plan, have done the Improver plan before which I enjoyed so hoping this plan will take my running to the next level and help me finally crack the 4 hour barrier.

Currently training for my first Backyard Ultra incl some 100+ miles weeks so I’ve given these shorts a good sweat test. The storage options in the shorts are fantastic and the standout feature for me is just how soft they feel - I think softest I’ve ever known. Totally recommend but my one watch out is sizing. The size guide suggested I opted for Small based on waist size which was surprising. I tried both Small and my normal Medium and Medium was definitely the better option. Stick to your normal short size when ordering I think.
