Bought these for races as they carry everything I need & being 2-1 I won’t have to worry about chaffing. They are very light to wear.

I picked up a Rest Day tee at the London Marathon Expo, but being quite big, there were no XXL sweatshirts available. I finally got around to ordering online, and am not disappointed. The sweatshirt is fitted, comfortable, extremely well made and puts some larger brands to shame. I have become a huge fan of Ben Parkes products. They really are created by runners, for runners.

zero chafing
side pockets are great to store 2+2gels.
length & sizing is spot on, fabric is good qulity, made to last.
reflecting text is good for night runs

what could be improved may be:
+1cm longer zip pockets to accomodate longer gels
lighter fabrics both for outer & inseam
back mesh pocket is tad a bit lose, could be tighter to prevent things bouncing at the back :)

The shorts arrived quickly and I was amazed at how high the quality of the shorts were. The pockets are perfect and they are extremely comfortable. Perfect for all types of running and exercising. Highly recommended.

I have purchased other plans and I've had sussessful outcomes and achievements, including GFA for London after following the Marathon plan. I'm looking forward to following this plan and aiming for a 10k PB!! 💪

First time trying 2 in 1 shorts. They fit well and are a good quality. My phone stays in the pocket when running, lots of other pockets for keys or gels. Will get another pair soon.

Comfortable fit and love the pockets on the inner, I usually have to cut the inner out and wearing compression shorts under as like having the phone tucked there. Had got these Valencia but a dodgy calf has messed that up (will make the shake out though). Now looking forward wearing them around the Sevilla half.

Ben’s plans make training so much easier. I don’t have to think about what to do, just follow the schedule. The 5K plan PDF is super clear and is helping me keep on track and feel ready on race day.

I wore the getting it done tee for the TCS NYC marathon and it was a very comfortable tee, fit perfectly and didn’t have any chafing. I would definitely recommend this product.
