from 5040 reviewsReally lovely vest. Bought for my husband, I ordered the wrong size and the exchange was really straightforward, amazing customer service.
Husband loves his new vest, says the material feels nice and he looks good (colour also matches his BP cap too)! Will definitely be buying more!

The fit is phenomenal and the quality is top. The color pattern is pleasing to the eye and the wicking nature of this shirt is wonderful. My only change I would make is a lighter material. I live in Saipan and it is HOT and HUMID here. Other than that, I will order more oh, and good shipping time from across the waters was great!

A lovely running top, which is really comfortable and looks amazing! Size is good too and fits really nicely. Thank you for the personalised message too! Will definitely buy from Ben again.

Great colors, nice fabric and a joy to wear. This T makes running look easy. It makes you want to do a long run every time!

Light, breathable and looks amazing.
Felt very fast on my last run!

I have Purchased Ben's Marathon Intermediate Plan - L3.
I've been a Club cyclist in the UK for 23 years and have completed many of UK & Europe's epic cycling sportives. I transitioned to running 10 months ago and have purchased Ben's Training Plan to build for a Marathon in 2026, precisely 40 years after completing my one and only marathon in Melbourne Australia back in 1986!
In the 10 months since transitioning back to running, I've had 5 injuries, 3 of which have been calf-related. I'm now aged 63 and while my aerobic base is very advanced, the strength of my legs to cope with the impact of running on hard surfaces is not yet at the required level for endurance running. I have been forced to rein in my goal expectations for 2025. Accordingly, I've taken Ben's 16 week Intermediate L3 Plan and doubled the training timescale to 32 weeks, effectively aiming to do each week of the Plan for two weeks in a row rather than one. Time will tell whether this is the correct approach. I've also seen suggestions online to spread 1 week of Training Plans over a two week cycle to ensure adequate recovery. I don't know what is the correct approach so I suppose I have a fall-back plan available if my proposed approach proves to be too much.
In summary then, I'm very pleased to have Ben's Plan to provide structure to my Marathon build, however in light of my rate of injuries to date, I am very apprehensive about whether my legs will develop the necessary strength over the forecast time period to coincide with the Plan without getting injured again, especially given my age. I'll just have to remain flexible with it. I won't know unless I give it a go, time will tell!! Wish me luck! :)

Ive used Ben's 50mile plans before and found them easy to follow and jargon free. This 50k one is good as its got the strength programme in as well, something i've struggled to follow in the past. Again this is easy, simple exercises to support the running programme and you can add your own free weights to the programme where needed. For the cost, its one of the best available. Lewey

I’m not quite ready for running a 32min 5k just yet, but adjusted the targets for my own pace. Just like the videos, this is great advice that is easy to follow, would definitely recommend.

Before purchasing this plan I wasn't running more than 10km but had a goal of running a decent marathon. Originally the plan was sub 4 hours but as things progressed I changed it to sub 3:30 as I was feeling more confident.
During training, life got in the way as a full time working father of two. I had entire weeks where I missed training due to sickness and complete lack of motivation but continued to get back on the horse, prioritising the speed sessions, intervals and long runs.
You need to long runs to condition the ankles, knees and hips for pounding the pavement and the speed sessions to be comfortable at pace.
Yesterday I ran my first marathon at the Gold Coast Marathon for a time of 3:29:31. Thanks to Ben with his plans and YouTube channel keeping the motivation there, love your work.

I ran in this tee today, it fits really well and is really comfortable and light. Great colour and great quality!

Looking to run my first marathon and Ben has me set for success. Was frustrated by ChatGPT’s generic advice and wanted a trusted, tailored and streamlined source. Easy to follow and lots of details. Thank you!
