I followed this plan for a sub 4 goal , I loved how simple it was to follow and program the workouts into my garmin. I didn't achieve the goal as I injured myself 2 weeks out and took a complete week off running I re-adjusted my goal and managed to get round in 4h.08. Note to self: I should have followed the strength and conditiong plan

After watching Ben’s videos on YouTube I decided to buy his intermediate marathon training plan. The plan is easy to understand and follow as all sessions have clear descriptions what each training is about. Including the strength course for a small add on fee adds an area to my training I have disregarded in the past. If you are looking for a training plan to achieve your goals, a can recommend these plans.
In the UK style I ordered this at the height of a mini April heatwave. Since its arrival I’ve only walked round the house in the cap. Apparently another heatwave on the horizon so should get it out to test on a run in the sun very soon. The cap itself is very nice 👌😂

Great cap by Ben Parkes. It's my third Ben Parkes hat and I love it much like the others. It's a nice design, fits well and plenty of scope to adjust tightness.

This is my 4th Ben Parkes running hat and they never disappoint. Great design, light (legend cap) and really durable, I still own and use all four caps.
