I've developed these amazing plans to get you to that start line in the best possible shape, so you can run that time you deserve. You can do it and I can't wait to find out all about it when you do!
There are five levels of the 10k plan, all with different goals, that vary depending on how many runs you can commit to each week. Check the comparison chart below to help you choose the right one!

I’ve been a bit skeptical about 1”2 in 1 shorts, and normally wear straight tight type shorts, but having bought a few items of running clothes from the site decided to give them a try and I very happy with my decision. Like all the items I’ve had so far, they’re great quality, fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The pockets are perfect for phones, keys and gels, and the combination of elasticated waist and drawstring are perfect for getting the right tightness around the waist. I’m a 34 waist and bought a medium in both the green and the blue, and both fit perfectly. I just want some more colours to go with my different tops that I’ve bought.
Just ran the Milwaukee Half with a goal of sub 1:35. Previous pb was 1:38.
I enjoyed the speed workouts and the race pace during some of the long runs. The plan had lots of variability and was easy to follow.
Surprised myself by smashing my half pb by over 5 minute and negative splitting for the first time in a half. Great plan!
Great plan, can't recommend it enough. I originally started out aiming for a sub-1:45, but since the plan covers a range of goal times, I realised a sub-1:40 might be possible. I ended up surprising myself on race day with a 1:39:29 dropping around 10 minutes off my previous best of 1:49:58. Stoked with the results
A never thought I can run HM but I try it with this plan and I run it in 2 h. I can’t belive that it is for free cause it is very profesional plan.
Had been plagued by injuries before following this plan. Simply follow the plan , and your body will add strength, endurance and cardiovascular without sustaining injury. It worked for a sub 2 half marathon and is working for the 10k. Don’t hesitate-he knows what he’s talking about.
Having already bought the Hot Lava edition of this tee, I had no hesitation in ordering the Cool Lava version. I absolutely love the design and colours. I wore it for the first time for a recovery run on a hot afternoon and had no issues with moisture wicking or rubbing. The quality and are perfect, I’m a UK large, I have no hesitation in recommending this top.

These race shorts are easily the best I’ve ever worn on a start line. Feather‑light, super comfortable, and made from material that feels built for speed. The only caveat: the gel holder could be sturdier for longer distances. But for anything up to a half marathon, it’s a non‑issue—the dual zip pockets make carrying a couple of gels effortless and secure.
Love the colours and design. Took a couple of runs to get the adjustment right, but all good now. I run a lot at night, and my headlight fits well with the cap turned backwards. Looking forward to getting out there and getting it done.

In consultation with Ben, we set the target time between 3h:40-3h:45. The training showed that an average pace of 5:15/km could be realistic. I enjoyed the plan throughout, with all its difficulties and sweat! I felt myself getting stronger week by week, and my performance was stable. This was my most balanced marathon so far. I kept a steady pace throughout, I didn't slow down in the second half either, it was awesome!! I managed to get the average of 5:15/km exactly!
I improved my PB by 13 minutes. Thanks Ben!

Always been a fan of Ben's kit, just seems to fit me perfectly and VERY comfortable. Wore my latest top (Winter Embers) for a local HM (February 2026, absolutely FREEZING!) along with my red BP running cap and managed a PB! Highly recommend kit from Ben, top quality stuff!
