Excellent plan, enabled me to complete my goal race this year in far better time and shape I thought possible. Looking at getting the next distance up in readiness for next year’s race.
The product is amazing, made by 100% recycled polyester, material absorb my sweat very well when I run under 29 Celcius Degree with 78% humidity. I live in Indonesia btw.
The design is so good, the sizing fit well into my body and the color match perfectly with my Asics Megablast
I recently purchased the Ben Parkes Ankle Socks to wear on my runs, They were packaged well, nice soft feel with all the right cushioning, I really like the added slogan which make them look really unique. I’m a uk 9 and the S/M fit perfect.

Simply THE best running singlet you can buy in my opinion! Incredibly lightweight and invisible feel makes this a joy to wear. If you only buy one running vest buy a Ben Parkes Soar vest, you won’t be disappointed, well worth the expense.
For reference I’m 1.6m, 64kg and Medium is a perfect fit.

I always wear a cap on runs and this one is the best I’ve had. Really comfy, stylish and doesn’t obstruct the view at all but provides necessary rain and sun protection - great product.

I'm male, 59 years old and recovering from the fantastic Loch Ness Marathon at the weekend. It was an amazing experience which began 15 weeks ago when I started on this training plan. I loved that it provided pacing options so I could run more to how I felt rather than sticking to a strict pace. The long runs were awesome but tough, great speed sessions and 2-3 much needed rest days per week.. I've only been running for 2 years now and for my 2nd marathon I ran 3:27:23 much to my delight! Thank you so much Ben, I'll be using it again for my next marathon.

I had the absolute pleasure of wearing these shorts during a 150km Backyard Ultra this weekend. I changed into them around 30km into the event and planned to change out of them at around 60km BUT they were so comfortable and surprisingly gave me no chafing so I continued with them through to 150km!!!! My first Ultra event and I was happy to be rocking 2 of my Ben Parkes race vests too (night and day). If you see this Ben - would be great if you left a fun comment on my Strava activity. I don’t plan on doing another activity for a few days so the Ultra is easy to find ❤️
