To put it into conext, I'm approximately 170cm (5ft 6) tall and about 10st
It was comfortable and not too tight around the chest or waist, think the small would have been too big.
I used it for my first marathon with no issues of chafing. It was only 10deg with sunny spells (Welsh weather!) but didn't overheat
Got a hat and singlet now, both good quality so would definitely recommend the running gear from Ben!
3:13:02 with 1,800 ft (550m) elevation gain!!! This was my third ever marathon, after completing my first two several years ago with no training plans at all. I also trained for two other marathons in the past but injured myself in the weeks leading up to the race due to poor pacing in workouts. Using the intermediate training plan and the strength and conditioning throughout for this build made it engaging and kept me focused. I only missed one workout due to sickness and was never feeling even close to any injury or over fatigued even during the peak weeks. The training plan format was ideal for me including the speed workouts and the recovery weeks. I'm planning on using the in-between races plan and then the level 4 advanced plan to hit my BQ in California at CIM. Thank you for everything Ben and Sarah.
I decided to used this plan for my first marathon because it matched my schedules and times. I was aiming for a 5.30 marathon but I finished in 4.45. I couldn't believe it! This is the perfect plan for someone who's a first marathoner like me. Thank you Ben!
The plan was really easy to follow and very informative. I really enjoyed the sessions and the S&C workouts. I hit my goal and went from a 3:59 to a 3:27 at Newport Marathon. Love the layout of this plan. Really easy to follow and lots of variety. Not as high mileage as some of the other sub 3 hour plans out there but perfect for those with busy work and family commitments and it produces results. Got me from 3:17 to 3:00 in Chicago last year. Now it has got me a 2:59. Very happy! Love the magic vest too.
Couldn’t be happier with Ben’s L3 Intermediate Half Marathon plan! Coming into this training block my previous PB was 1:55 which I wanted to drop below 1:45 but after following this plan I smashed my original goal finishing in 1:32 which is unbelievable. The plan is well made and easy to follow and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their PB. Thanks Ben!

Ben, at the expo I said that running 2:40 would be the dream race. Guess what? I only did it! 2:39:45! I followed the Level 4 plan and used the 2:40 pacing taken from the Level 5 plan. It’s my 3rd and fastest sub 3:00 since I started using your plans. Cheers!
