from 4695 reviewsAnd excellent colors, instantly loved it the second I opened the package.

A very clear and we'll structured plan. Helped me to complete my first 10k. I've now moved on to the 10k improver plan aiming for 50 minutes in 2 weeks time at my local 10k race.

I have followed Bens training plans for Half marathon, 10k and Marathon so getting the 5k plan was a 'no brainer'. Very informative and easy to follow and would recommend getting teh strength and conditioning part to prevent the injuries

I absolutely love my PB Running Cap from Parks Running! The material is top-notch, the quality is superb, and the fit is perfect thanks to the adjustable band. It’s super comfortable, breathable, and has a clean, sporty look that’s great for running or just everyday wear. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Highly recommend—this cap has quickly become my go-to!

I'm 58 and after last year's Canberra Half Marathon with a finishing time of 1.54 using another training plan, I wanted to do this year's race and see if I could get close to a 1.45 time so I downloaded BP's L3 Half Marathon plan and accompanying strength training guide. Having followed the plan religiously for the first 9 weeks, I then picked up a lower leg injury resulting in almost a week of training and fortunately was then able to get back into running and completed the race in 1.46, or what equated to 4.59/km pace. To be honest, at this point i was just hoping to either beat my previous year's time or get down to 1.50 so my final finishing time really is testiment to a plan that pushes your running the right way without breaking you. Highly recommended and thank you Ben.

I wanted something to set my mind too knowing it's going to be in the correct direction towards my fitness goals.
I understood the methods of running slow to fast short to long ect but wasn't entirely sure how to put these to use in interlocking format.
The way this publication has be put together has clarified the issue. I look forward to pursuing week by week, id suggested purely focus on running and strength conditioning as its too much with employed work and along with other fitness sports. My intentions are to hybrid the programme but not cheat and too use it as a guidance as what days after and before types of running.
I believe diet plays a large part in performance too.
Hopefully closer to the race I'll be ready with the help of the programme. Thank you.

Goal was for at least sub 40. Was a bit doubtful at the start as I was on the higher end of the pacing chart for 40mins. I started to achieve better targets as the plan went on as I knew if I could run the paces come the end of the plan I had a good chance. A few missed sessions due to some family illnesses in week 5, a week missed between week 8 and 9 due to a tooth extraction, so was not the smoothest training block. Come race day and every came together! Clocked 39:17 for the 10k and was delighted!!
I absolutely loved the double speed work sessions and feel like they contributed massively to my success. The progression runs also were magic! Although I do tend to love that type of workout.
Have already bought the half marathon program with the goal for September.

Bought this as a gift for my husband as he loves to run in a vest.
The vest is a great fit, the colours are striking and it’s lovely material.
Well worth the purchase.

This hat really is lightweight. I hardly notice I’m wearing it. It’s my first Ben Parkes hat but definitely won’t be last. Thanks ☺️

Have tried loads of different running hats over the years including visors, caps with neck flaps and other bucket hats, this one is my favourite. The brim is perfect length, doesn’t flop over your eyes but still provides decent shade, nice adjustable band and sweat stopping band on the inside. Material quality is great, quick rinse after a long run and it’s good to go again. Protects my folliclly challenged scalp from the sun while the white colour still keeps things cool. Would highly recommend.

This plan is perfect for intermediate runners aiming for a sub-4-hour finish. It combines multiple run types and strength training to build stamina and speed. The strategic rest days help prevent burnout. Overall, it's an inspiring journey toward achieving a significant milestone

Really comfy, great colour and no overheating
